Never again... You just lost a client
Am utterly disappointed by the responses that I received from cell c. I have a contract with them, they did confirm when I called in that my contract end date is the 27th of June (fair enough) however they say they will debit my account until August. How is that even possible, the agreement was that my contract is 24 months. I have not defaulted any payment. I am just dissatisfied about this.

In line with the terms and conditions of the subscriber agreement, you are required to provide a calendar month notice in order to have your contract canceled on its maturity date.
If this agreement is not cancelled during the contract period or on expiry of the contract period and is not renewed, then this agreement will run for the contract period and then on a month-to-month basis until the agreement is cancelled.
