Never again with CellC

I have been having endless problems with Cell C as a service provider. This is my third mobile data contract with them. I have changed my dept dates with them which they adheard to then my banking account is depted in the middle of the month or not at all. Ihave made numerous call to their call center to no avail. Now my account with them is in arrears. Today is the 6/7/2021 and no dept order was taken. I am still waiting for them to email me their banking details. They do not care about customer relationships and have put me in this predicament. I have different case numbers with them and nothing has happened.
