NEVER AGAIN WITH CELL C

For months I have been struggling with this service provider Cell C, to debt my account on the correct date and to no avail. They came back to me after i wrote on Hello peter. i have all the call reference numbers. When I called Cell C at the start of August to give notice to end my contract with them, i was informed that my balance was ZERO. On the 6 September ,I received a call from them to make arrangement to pay an outstanding balance. On the 7 September my bank account is debited. Note, all their calls are recorded and that i have reference numbers for each call.
