Never AGAIN

I've been a customer of Cell C since 2007. About 8years agonI lost my job and I couldn't commit to my financial obligations anymore. Long story short years have passed and my credot score is back on track. In the meantime the account is on one of my family members names and I just transfer them the amount.

When I tried to transfer to account over to my name I was told by Cell C that "Even though name is clear on Cell C side it will NEVER be cleared again". Now I ask how can we judge people on their past and expect them to grow?

I'm highly disappointed in Cell C and will be taking my service over to another service provider as soon as this current contract is closed. Almost 20 years out of the door because of silly policies and no effort from Cell C.
