Never again
There’s an add online as well as in their printed deals magazines where you can get the iPhone 8 Plus on contract. When you go to store they tell you that the iPhone 8 Plus has been discontinued. When you apply for it online you get a call back saying that it has been discontinued. So why advertise something when it no longer exists??? Oh and when you wish to cancel your contact with them they charge you whatever’s left with an additional R2400 cancellation fee... I have 2 months left on this contract and I can literally not wait for it to end. Oh and one more thing... when you want to cancel you can’t put in your request 3 months in advance, you have to wait until it’s convenient for Cell C to receive it. There’s no online cancellation, you have to go to the store when it suits them. Horrible service, can’t wait to be done with them
We will follow up with our warehouse for the stock availability of this phone. The amount you were given as your cancellation fee is correct as your contract has not reached the expiry date. Remember deals are subject to stock availability and the booklets are printed when the deals are out.
There is a one month calendar notice period as per the T's & C's of the subscriber agreement, it can be a written notice or notice in any other recorded form of your intention to cancel the agreement .
