Never again...

I am highly upset with Cell C! They are so unprofessional and have no idea what is going on in their own company. I had to close my account 4 times before they finally closed down the account after I had to pay almost R1000 cancelation fee for an account that has reached its expiry date. After the account has been closed I find out that I have been given up for Debt collection and I'm threaten with being blacklisted for yet another cancelation fee I had to pay! After finally settling everything they still deduct money from my bank account for a contract that no longer exists! No one knows what I am paying for I just need to pay for this.

I will never in my life open a Cell C account and I will stop anyone I know from opening one. Completely pathetic..
