I entered a sim deal contract with cell c where I was offered a router. Their product always has an error and when I call, they notify me that everything is fine. I logged a query Aretha Hlako ***) and till date my query has not been resolved. I don't know why I have to resort to to these measure for a simply settlement letter. There is hardly any network, their top up system is a ******* and as per their employees, cell c switches off the routers on purposes in order to save costs. I hope cell c will take me seriously now.
