Network useless and charges varies

I have 2 contracts with them. The first one is data only and the second one is a phone with data. The monthly fees constantly changes. I have been paying for the first contract without data they promised for the past 6 months. They however tried to fix it last week but the network is useless.

Yesterday they deducted some ridiculous charges on my bank account.

The only best thing they gave me is a phone.
