Network tower under pressure in Palmridge and is not something that is goin to be fixed anytime soon!

After having network problem for two months they just informed me today that the network tower next to me which is at school is under pressure as there's alot of users and Cell c has nothing in their strategic plan to construct another tower to control the pressure this year and also not sure if it will be in their strategic plan for next year until when they decide It will be then my network issues will be resolved. The ref no i received:sd831219 the technical specialist is Emmanuel. Then I've been calling in to try cancel my contract as i won't be paying Cell C for nothing but the retention team is unavail and this is very very frustrating..i would like to cancel my contract and I hope cell c won't expect to give me settlement letter since the fault is on their side and i want refund for April and May as you guys failed to provide services as prescribed by the contract.
