Network shows H+, Works like 1G!!!!

I recently moved to Heneypark area from Radiokop. It's only 7 km from Radiokop where I used to live a month ago and used to get data transfer rates of around 4 mbps download and around 1 mbps upload.<br> Ever since I ave moved to Honeypark, it's a nightmare when it comes to using Internet!<br> The signal shows H on my phone, even my 3G ****le shows 3G/WCDMA, but that's it, nothing opens, even a Whatsapp message struggles to go through, forget about opening Google and reading some news! I can't even remember when I last downloaded a movie!<br> Let's be honest here, I was quite happy with the service in Radiokop. I had taken the 20GB data contract more than a year ago, and have been on Cellc prepaid always, and never had any major issues. Then I decided to get a phone on contract couple of months ago. I even Checked the network in Honeydew where I live now before moving. Naturally it showed H , but never tried to download anything because I was pretty sure I would not have any problem looking at the H .<br> I would like to really know what is going on.
