Network Shedding
I can't believe that Cell C has loads hedding with coverage as well. I have been having this experience since load shedding was introduced again. I any area that is being shed, my network coverage is non existent. How the heck can this be, no power, no network. I pay my contract monthly with payment shedding but get network shedding when load shedding happens. You guys are really not doing yourselves any favours and really provide the worst network coverage globally. I can't even dial emergency numbers or anything at all. Please sort this out as I dont want to be in an emergency situation and you give me network shedding.

We have generators assigned to sites where there is high traffic, but it’s not possible to cover all areas affected by load shedding. Additionally load shedding hits without warning and by the time generators are in place more areas have been affected.

This is really very strange to me as this has been happening so often now recently and gotten worse.
