Network restrictions

<p>Cell C claims that their network should only work properly at your place of business or at home.</p> <p> </p> <p>Testing signal issues at areas where customers may require coverage will not be done. Why? Has Cell C accepted that they do not have the capability, know how or resources to do this?</p>
