Network problems with Cellc for the last 3 weeks. My phone is stuck on emergency calls only!!!

I have been struggling with network with Cellc for the last 3 weeks. My phone is on emergency calls only. I have spent airtime calling the customer service center. My sim card works on other phones for 10 minutes then it is back to emergency calls. You guys need to fix your network in Mpumalanga. When I got to Johannesburg over the weekend, planning to do the sim swap there- my cell c sim card start working perfectly. When I get to Mpumalanga, it is back to emergency calls only. What is wrong with your network this side? Please fix it!! I never had this problem. I have been with Cell C for almost 10 years but I am now considering porting my number as I am unable to do any banking, get calls or messages now. I am stuck, it is so frustrating.
