Network problem under investigation for 6months

A year ago, Jan.2014, I moved into a flat in Paradise Valley, Pinetown from Westville. I have a 3G modem that is permanently connected to my laptop & for the first 6months everything was working fine. After that, I could not connect to the internet & called 140 to log my complaint. 6months later, this is the reply I got on 9 Jan.2015...\Kindly note that your Network complaint with Ref.#SD339362 is still under investigation & feedback will be provided soon"& on 16 Jan.2015...\""Tests were done & received from site based on the block of flats where the customer is based"
