Network probens

I have had signal problems since July and they seem to be getting worse. The network is ok during the day, but as soon as 4 pm or 5 pm it gets realy bad, there is no signal, my calls get cut off or there is horrible signal you cant hear the person you're speaking to, cant access the internet. I called the call centre for assistance and the agent had the nerve to kindly tell me to bare with it, i call again their technical team give me settings which made the problem worse. I am tired of dealing with such bad network signals, they need to fix this ASAP!
