Network offline for days on end
The people in Kameeldrift are patient they know that ISP’s may have difficulties and should be allowed time to resolve service issues. But they have got to the end of the rope with Cell C who has not been able or willing to resolve their network problems. The community WA has been inundated with issues related to the matter. Many people have even tried to cancel their contracts and have been threatened with exorbitant cancellation fees. We are way beyond the 48 hour deadline and still without a service. Cell C, you have two options. Get your act together or allow customers to switch to a reliable ISP. It is wrong for a delinquent ISP to hold people hostage to a contract when they cannot provide a service.

16 Jan 2019, 09:48If anything it has got worse. We are struggling to even make phone calls. The problem is heading for a week and one has the uneasy feeling that the area can no longer be supported by Cell C. If this continues, allow users ti switch to another ISP without cancellation fees. We cannot conduct business without communication. This has been sent via a Vodacom pre paid card.
