Network not connecting

Their network is perpetually not connecting and when you enquire you'll be given steps that you must follow theyll work for that particular moment they helping you after words you are back to square one.

I'm using 2 sim cards in one phone,that was explained to them and was told that the sim card might be another issue of network mot connecting.

My question is why the other network is connecting so easily?

Given the reason that my area network might be another issue,that check and was not issue,again why the area network affect cellc not another networks.

Their network is a flop shem

You end up using and replenishing data of other network cos is convenient while you have gigs of cellc but not connecting.

Cant wait for the contract to come to an end
