Network not available

The Cell C network is constantly Not Available here in the George East, Western Cape area. I can not even contact the Call Centre this morning to complain about it.<br> <br> For the past weeks also calls to me did not come through, only the Voice mail after a while. I contacted the Call Centre on Monday November 30th and was informed to reset the Calls Barred with ##002# even though I did inform the operator that I have never barred anyone I was instructed to call the abovementioned number nevertheless. The calls did come though after that excercise.<br> <br> Today however there has been no network coverage. What is going on?
