Network issues shocking in Cape Town
Network quality is so poor, and trying to log issues on their website is hopeless

25 Oct 2023, 15:59In addition when setting up a call, the alert tone before connecting is almost deafening on multiple handsets especially ON - NET (cell C to Cell C)..... and there are no handset settings to reduce the almost deafening noise which Im concerned will damage my eardrum....
