Network issues

Called the customer care spoke to 2 agents who were very rude one is Nokuthula asking for feedback on the network issue we having ..BOTH WERE RUDE AND EVEN went on tp say 'even if i can be frustrated there is nothing i can do " ..NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH CELL C CUSTOMER SERVICE
