Network issues - Empty promises

My dad do not have any signal on the Farm, radius more than 20km. The whole farming community do not have signal and this is becoming a safety issue, as they cant phone for help if there is problems on the farms. Two years ago, my dad had to upgrade and he AGAIN complain about the Network Reception. Cell C promised them that they will investigate the possibility of erecting a tower near on on the farm. My dad had to upgrade again....this is now two years later he went to the Cell C shop in Three Rivers. He complain again, same promise from CELL C. But NO ACTION!! I have been calling CELL C almost every day for feedback on this issue....every time customer care tells me that the NEtWORK Team is investigating the matter. No feedback whatsoever.
