Network Issues

It's understandable that S.A currently has a load shedding issue however I don't see why that should affect the network itself because now everytime electricity goes off then the network becomes available and to make it worse no communication from cell c is given to us so that we can understand why it happens. As it is I'm considering porting to another provider because this is unnacceptable. I'm really disappointed
