NETWORK IS A COMPLETE MESS!!!

I've been with cell c for years but frankly I'm getting fedup with them. I live in pta east and don't really have good reception but now to top it off whenever we have loadshedding their towers are offline and I'm completely in the dark with my android phone since it's quite dependant on internet. Cell c discontinued their agreement with vodacom for users to roam on vodacom towers in gauteng. They are incapable to provide coverage for existing users but still offers to pay R10000 for contract users to come over to cell c? Why not rather use the money to upgrade their towers first before trying to gain more customers? Also they are selling samsung s6 which can do video calling but they don't have a license for this service so you have to use data calls for this but internet is down constantly? You are also not allowed to put another network sim in these phones cause you'll be voiding the waranty of the phone although I've been advised to use alternative solutions for internet connection by customer care and it'll take from 3 to 6 months for them to upgrade the towers which is totally unacceptable since I don't want to use alternative ways? We never told them to stop their agreement?
