Network has failed me again

If it isn't Cell c. again!!! Another emergency situation in my life has proven that I can't rely on cell c. a break in at home today and not being able to call for help due to no network. the call centre just puts u on hold for long and when u eventually get through, they transfer u without notice. the service stinks. I want them to cancel my contract.
