network failure

I had suffered network problems from my cell c contract, I tried withdrawal from the contract cell c then, demanded I honor contract hence account was handed over to ITC blacklisted I was never happy with networking signal and callcenter services data bundle was never used but now it's blacklisted, no email or letter of notification in writing, if service is not delivered it's a breach of contract hence I got blacklisted without knowing, never aware, hence they have network problems, and no one is attending to them,
