Network cell c

I have been a loyal customer of cell c from the first time I owned a cell phone. However recently the network has disappointed me. I have even emailed the customer care and have not received any response. My issue is with the network that's has been going on and off, and it is worse with there is loading shedding. I have wasted minutes and data to try to contact family and friends in emergency and I rely on the data signal to request every day to go home.
