NETWORK BLOCK

The most appaling service 1 could ever ask for. Been taken pillar to post for simple request of unblocking d network, why make the servuce available when you cant even help???

Its been a struggle since Saturday, i bought the airtime requested, however taken from 1 department to the next coz d agents dnt either know the job or dont want to work. No supervisor on shift, have been to hold the line for 2 hours because "People are working from home" i pray that those who dealt with me and still have not resolved my query loose your jobs in order to make space for people who actually want to work and service client. I am disgusted sies maan. Spoke to a supposedly supervisor on the 9th by d name of Xoliso Marilele who claimed to escalate my issue, to my suprise the following day when i called again and provided the reference number received from this dumb supervisor i was told it does not exist. Cell C so u brush your clients off and move on to the next? I swear even government departments r known to b worse but your customer support takes the cake. @Cell C SA fix my damn issue its been 4days now.
