Cell. C is so low with service and accuracy i have a client for year but this year i had a bad experience had to wait for the upgrade delivery from more than 2 weeks wrong info was provided know im called by different ppl tell me im in debt one will confirm the debts is an error thise ppl are so out to ripe customers off

02 Sept 2021, 09:16This is confirmed as payed debit went thru on the 2 /08 by a consultant who call me tdy before 8 and a second one called in to advise the consultant did not update when i asked for a ref she then muted the call and cut the line still incompetence

02 Sept 2021, 14:23The consultant from this morning confirmed so whos problem is it i dont pay cash i have debit order agreement and i call in to cancel my other contract in advance to avoid confusion so whats is this will take you to OMBUDSMAN if this continues
