negligence!!!

<p>It's been 4 months now since my husband took my phone to go for repairs at CELL.C THE GROVE MALL . Every time we go there they tell us they are waiting for it to come back from repairs deptmnt. They even tell us to call the customer services to ask abt the phone. Is that even possible why shud we call them because we handed my phone (Samsung galaxy S4 )to the shop and they gave it to repairs now we must go up and down for 4 whole months. I'm so sick of this its a contract phone and my husband I paying for something he doesn't even have any more. Every week they tell my husband to give them two days and he will receive the phone.</p>
