My name is Vuyolwetu Timoti, ID no. ***, I have an insurance with c surance,was very shocked an surprised when I was informed by the lady by the name of Lindiwe, one of the representative that my name is not appearing on the list of names who are on their database for clients covered customers. My account have been debited on a monthly basis and yet my name is not appearing. Was asked to go to the bank and ask for bank statement. And make means to email it to [Email Removed] Still my claim has not been logged as they still will investigate why my name is not appearing On the other hand in desperately need both my devices fixed and brought back to me.
