Just to arrive at home to find the RAM courier compony waiting at my gate, they wanted to speak to the person that recieved the phone and sighed for it, he (the petson) came out and confirmed that the courier guy did in fact open the package to take out a piece of paper. We recieved an open package in front of our door and the phone was on and the screenprotector that i put on was removed and there was a plastic on with haste. And we double checked, the screen IS NOT CRACKED.

And again empty promise of geting back to me today
