Needed to do a sim swop

Called the the Cell C branch in The Grove Mall, Lynnwood Ridge found myself with one consultant helping a client, other two standing on the floor having a conversation while waiting for one or other client also in to store for his data to down load. After 10 minutes he walks up to me give me a form to fill in for the sim swop.I completed the the form was already irritated with their service after 15 minute just grab the form and storm out. Did the smae thing with VODACOM what a joy I just walked in the consultan took my ID registered by sim on the system paid R70 and on my way within less than 5 minutes. Never ever do a Cell C contract again can't wait for the expiry date of the contract. BAD BAD BAD service and always had from them.
