Needed help, case opened and closed without help

I needed CellC to provide me with an atenna, because the CellC signal is poor where we live. I didnt bother in the past, but as everyone knows ******* has ****** most of the Telkom lines. Now we cannot take any chances not be able to contact people if we are in danger at the farm. I have phoned several times but no luck. I told the customer services today that I need to find a provider that will be providing and that this means I have to cancel my contract with CellC... she said she is sorry. Is this really this difficult?
