needed feedback

I'm really disappointed with the service that I have been receiving from Cellc lately and I'm really not impressed.<br> <br> a month ago I received a phone which I have taken as an upgrade from Cellc and had experienced problems and had to take it for repairs which was only collected 8 days after I have called in and had shouted @ them.<br> <br> Now I needed feedback my line was answered by Lindel which whom told me he doesn't hear me and he cut the line, then I redialled the number to be assisted by Inathi whom I requested to transferee me to the supervisor and the Sindiwe/Sindi put me on hold until I decided to put the line down.<br> <br> I will never not in a million years tell anyone about Cellc as the service sucks if I may say so myself.<br> <br> I'm really sad to say this will be the last upgrade I will do with Cellc and im going to terminate the contract which I had for 6 yrs.<br> <br> unhappy,<br> Customer
