Need to pay for repairs to cellphone

<p>I renewed my Cell C contact in December 2014. Since day one I have had endless problems with the cellphone ( Huawei Ascend P7) by needing to have a sim swop every other day. I am sure I have had over 12 sim swops already as I have lost track counting. On Friday 04.11.2016 I needed another sim swop and took my phone into the Baywest branch of Cell C in Port Elizabeth. I was given the new sim card but it didn't work. It was then decided to send my phone in for repairs. My phone was recived at the repair centre and now I was given a quote to pay R1910.95 for repairs to the phone as it is now out of warranty. I think this is totally unfair, why was it not suggested a long time ago already to send the phone in for repairs when it was still under warranty. I am now going to be requesting for my phone to be sent back , as I refuse to pay that amount of money. I will not recommend Cell C to anybody as a cellphone service provider. </p>
