Need to Arrange for Collection of a New Sim on my Contract but from Another CellC Outlet
This is not a complaint against CellC. Hence 4 stars. I have a contract with Cell C (dataShare) and need to add a new line.aya The problem is that I am in Jhb and the relative is in Durban. Is there a way that I can authorize the new sim but allow the user to collect in Durban.?
Note: I did call the call Centre but I find it difficult to accept their response.
