Need someone from legal to contact me

I have been trying to get hold of someone at Cell C legal for 2 weeks now, someone called me on 02 October regarding my arrears account and I wanted to make an arrangement with them in order to pay, the lady abruptly cut me off saying no and put down the phone. I was unemployed for a time and now want to make an arrangement as I am now working but no one seems to assist. I need someone to contact me urgently as I recall getting a message saying my phone will be hardlocked and I do not want that to happen. I want to pay. my number ********** 290
