Need my phone activated ( sim swap ) Upgrade

I think i had the worst service from cell c yesterday spoke to 9 people the 9th one could atleast help me I got un upgrade the simcard had to be sim swapped still awaiting someone to contact me to do that I mean you receive your phone you dont still want to be drained with speaking to almost 10 people just to get the thing to work . I mean really thats poor for me and then the people dont even know the options we use when we call choose option 2 but its actually option 3 come on educate your call centre better or hire people who wud actually want to help people
