Need my cell phone number back

I have my number for 15 years now ***)<br> A week ago my sim just showed (emergency calls) only , I then called the call centre and was advise that I must buy me a new sim and not RICA it , I did so .<br> I then called in the next day to do a simswop and was advise that my number is not RICA which I couldn't understand as I RICA this sim under my name long ago .(2010)<br> I was ask numerous bogos questions which proved to them that I didnt past their test .<br> All my banking and personal stuff is on this number and I cant live without it neither can I change my number .<br> I went to one of their outlets in West gate mall Capetown and was told that they cant assist me as my ID is lost and they cant accept my drivers license <br> <br> CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME
