Need more sales competent people like him in SA.

For the first time in about 4 years I had a good contract upgrade experience with Cell C and it was all thanks to this man. Not only did he take time to understand exactly how I plan or want to use my phone on a daily basis but then made helpful and good suggestions of option I had not considered or even knew Cell C had. I found him to be very competent, he had fantastic customer relation skill and all round just made the experience a good one. He made such an impact that for all future upgrades that myself and my family are due for we will go to a store where he is able to assist. Cell C please find, hire and train others like him.
