Need information to pay my account

Good day <br> <br> Can someone assist me urgently as I am getting so much bad service from the branch and call centre of cell c were they are unable to assistant the sending me from one area to another. am even thinking of switching my contracts that I have with cell c as it was cell c error in the first place but am the one being punished can someone really help me as am willing to cooperate and do the right thing as you guys are massing up my credit profile.
