Need help to keep my c

Good day Peter I have a problem to keep my cellphone number from Cell C because it was on my fiance name. He has been shot and died on the 17 January 2018. Now all the investigators have this number frim Cell C and I went into the shop.for assistance to help me keep this number on a pay as you go. My fiance was the only one working and he provide for me. I do not have a income but need this number but Cell C said they can not do.it for me. Please help me what can I do because I am a witness in this case to get justice. It was a brutal.way to see your loved one get shot right in front of you. Please can you help me. Mariaan

Kindly visit your nearest Cell C store for assistance, bring along the following:

Proof of address
Copy of your ID & the deceased ID copy
Death certificate
3 months bank statement & payslip
