need help to be cleared by cell c bacause they handed me to ***** department they both gave me a victim letter that doesn't apply

i was handed over by cell c because of their employee did ***** with my documents. they gave me a victim letter both cell c and ***** department but when i want to apply for something it's still not working, they don't want the letter. the sad pard they say i will be cleared after 10 years for something that i did not do and now i don't know what to do because they said the letter will work for me and it's not working for me i tried to apply for accounts and Ather staffs but I'm still blacklisted.
