NEED A PAID UP LETTER FOR ACCOUNT PAID

So as if it wasnt enough that no one is coming back to me with a solution to my query Account paid up, i needed paid up letter & ITC update. Then, i get message and emails saying cellc account sold to collection company?! What the **** is really going on at cellc?

So lets try again for the 7th time after a month complaining about the same issue: Last complaint on hello peter 22 Nov 2021 at 13:18 pm I paid up the cellc account on the 5th November 2021, I asked for paid up letter & update on credit bureau But instead someone smart enough at cellc thought, sell the account & milk him someone more....

So my query is since NM on twitter queries confirmed that payment was allocated to the account two weeks ago. My request is very simple, can i get paid up letter soonest please

Hi NH, as per the email communications. The settlement amount was given, I then paid the amount. What the **** are you talking about NH?
Did you even take time to investigate that i was given a settlement figure ?
Can someone competent please assist with this query as i lost all patience for cellc.

NH can you provide the balance on the account since you see the account is in areas?
Secondly, provide the amount and date of last payment on the account?

I guess that's something you guys are ready to answer NOT the paid up letter...

Reminder the purpose of my complaint is to get paid up letter & update credit bureau.

Please respond to the below question:
What is the last payment that shows on your system?
How much is the amount to settle the account?
Account is ***

Incase someone checking query miss the question, What is the last payment on the account *** & how much do i need to pay to settle the account?

Thanks in advance, hopefully i will get assist with a way forward on the above.

Guys i honestly dont want another ref number...
I dont want another email someone saying the we are waiting for finance to confirm.

Can i suggest that this is a query with finance, meaning that the person who get the query should escalate it to finance & and give me feedback waiting for finance. I have been waiting from 5th November 2021.
