Name and Shame please

My mom who has Alzheimer Disease and who is in Mid Care in an Old Age Home was sold a second contract by a Cell C sales person. Where are his ethics. Firstly he would have heard my step-father trying to get the phone from my mom so that he could explain to the sales person that my mom has Alzheimers. She wouldn't give her husband the phone. So if the call is listened to you can pick up on this. Secondly, why do sales employees have automatic access to my mom's banking details. She wouldn't have been able to give him her details as she no longer works with her bank account. But he just took them from Cell C because he can. My reference number is:***. Please can the sales person be named and shamed. It is most ********* to sell an elderly lady in an Old Age Home a second contract. She didn't even know how to use a phone without buttons.
