My wife lost her phone on the 10th we tried to blacklist the phone on the 11th till today we are still waiting.

On the 10th my lost her phone and we called Cellc on the 11th we called Cellc to blacklist the phone for insurance purposes. The agentX told us that all is well and that we will receive the ITC number in 24-48 hours. We waited for 48 hours and followed up with the Wonderpark Cellc branch and were told that the sim card was flawed and that the are forms that we filled in on the 21st yet still we wait. We have been given the run a rounds for the past two weeks with no success. What more do we need to do?
