My whatsapp bundle disappeared

<p>last week Wednesday i loaded a whatsapp bundle, in less than 24 hours a whole gig of whatsapp data was depleted and the only explanation i was given was that i downloaded a big video, can a video take a whole gig of data? I dont think thats possible, secondly it took Cell C over a week to get back to me and in this week i was told not to load another data bundle.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am appauled by the service recieved and the inaccurate feedback I have recieved, I want an accurate answer as to where a 1 gig whatsapp bundle went to in less than 24hours compared to other months where i have over 400mb left when the bundle expires.</p>
