My Upgrade due and No Huawei phones available now its my problem

Hi im due a upgrade at cell c and they told me they don't stock Huawei devices anymore now i must settle for something else or move to another network....i call upgrades department and they just don't care because of some deal that went sour between Cell C and Huawei now the customer must suffer besides the bad reception then i asked if I can get the Samsung a3 2017 edition for what im paying now and they said its not possible....once again its my problem .Bad Customer Service
