My son will lose a job because of cellc

I lost my phone and did a sim swop of which I have answered all their security questions good and sim swop was done, I need numbers that called and I have called on the 18 of June 2021, I called a call center and they were so rude that they are not allowed to give me yes they can see them but they can't give me, I kept on calling till one lady gave me email address I did email ref no was given and that they will call me in 24to 48hours it's been a week no call, I spoke to some on fb they told me that they won't give me those numbers, made lots of calls different ref no we're given and that they will call me but they never kept their promise instead I am getting rude agents who just tell me that we can see the numbers but forget about them, I have asked an agent today what should I do and she said keep on emailing till you get tired and leave us alone, that's cellc I have been with for more than 20years, I gave them my id number cell number and even offered to give them what ever they want just to prove that I am being real but nah cellc does not care at all, my child will lose a job just because of cellc I trusted for more than 20years
