MY SERVICE CUT-OFF DUE TO FALSE RICA STATUS

Last night I suddenly experienced some issues with my sim card. Then following that I started to receive a bunch of sms's (20 plus) saying that I should RICA before June otherwise my services will be cut-off. Straight after that my services was cut-off!!!!!!<br> <br> I was one of the first persons to RICA at one of our local PEP stores back when we were first told to do so. <br> <br> I phoned the Cell C customer line, was told that RICA is independent from Cell C (duh, yes I know!!!) and that if I got the sms from them then they are responsible BUT I am receiving these sms's from CELL C!! It comes from the same number that usually sends me sms's regarding my recharges etc.<br> <br> I am not very happy!! I can not contact anyone nor can they contact me! And now it is my problem to get it sorted out!!<br> <br> NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
